KAAALM Wellness ("KAAALM," "we," "us," or "our"), a division of ALW Living Solutions, is an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultancy based in North Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. Your name, email address, and phone number when you subscribe to our newsletter, submit the contact form, or book a consultation.
• Booking information. When you book a session, we collect your appointment details along with three short multiple-choice answers: the general area you would like to focus on, how familiar you are with Ayurveda, and — only if you choose to share it — your Ayurvedic constitution. These are fixed options, not free-text. We do not collect medical, diagnostic, or clinical health records through this website.
• Payment information. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, expiration, or security code — we retain only Stripe's reference identifiers needed to process your consultation fee.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your consultations.
• To process payment for services you book.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send you transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders) and, if you opt in, our newsletter.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. When you enter your card details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Your card is securely saved by Stripe and charged after your session. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Service Providers We Use

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Calendly — appointment scheduling.
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website analytics.
• Our email delivery provider — sending confirmation and newsletter emails.

Each provider processes your information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function properly without them. We do not use analytics events to collect health information or payment details.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only: (a) with the service providers listed above; (b) when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights; or (c) in connection with a business transfer, in which case we will notify you.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers' details are kept until you unsubscribe. Booking records are retained for our business and accounting purposes and then deleted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of data over the internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
